基于N2/CO2相平衡分析的新型CO2液化再凝华分离系统

Abstract:

低温分离CO2是捕获烟气中CO2的有效方法之一,低温捕集法研究的首要问题是进行N2-CO2的相平衡计算。通过不同状态方程结合不同混合规则进行相平衡计算,结果显示在分析N2/CO2相平衡特性时PR状态方程结合Vdw混合规则的计算精度最高,N2气相摩尔浓度计算结果与已有实验数据的最大偏差为5.15%,220K时误差仅为0.43%。本文提出一种新型的液化再凝华低温分离系统并进行系统能耗分析,结果显示此方法能达到较高回收率及回收纯度,并与仅使用凝华方法分离相比,能耗降低9%以上。
