10MPa静水压下20Hz~200kHz标准水听器校准

Abstract:

介绍了在10MPa静水压下校准20Hz~200kHz标准水听器的耦合腔互易法和自由场互易法,建立了最高静水压力为10MPa、工作频率范围为20Hz~3.15kHz的耦合腔互易法校准装置和工作频率范围为3.15~200kHz的自由场互易法校准装置。利用这些校准装置,分别对RHC14标准水听器和RHS30标准水听器进行校准,得到了它们在10MPa静水压力下的灵敏度校准结果。不确定度分析表明,耦合腔互易法校准装置的扩展不确定度(k=2)为0.5dB,自由场互易法校准装置的扩展不确定度(k=2)为0.7dB(低于100kHz频段)和0.9dB(100~200kHz频段)。这些校准装置和能力的建立,为深潜水声设备研制奠定了测试基础。
