Abstract:

用石英计测量了PZT-95/5陶瓷在冲击波作用下发生铁电-反铁电一级相变时产生的双波结构,相变起始压力约为0.5GPa。对不同状态下的PZT-95/5陶瓷材料进行了扫描电镜电畴分析,结果表明,在该压力区域陶瓷发生了铁电-反铁电相变。
