Ca2CuO3的高压结构性质研究

Abstract:

采用金刚石压砧高压装置(DAC),对具有Cu—O链结构的Ca2CuO3的多晶粉末样品进行了高压同步辐射能散X射线衍射实验。实验结果表明,在0~34GPa压力范围内,Ca2CuO3晶体没有发生结构相变,用Birch-Murnaghan状态方程拟合,得到在压力导数B′0=4时,零压体弹模量B0=165.4±1.8GPa。
