改进的高压传感器准δ函数脉冲压力动态校准方法

Abstract:

针对现有准δ函数脉冲压力校准法存在的缺点,提出了一种预先给压力传感器施加高静压,再利用子弹撞击霍普金森杆产生幅值较小的准δ信号激励传感器,获得压力传感器频响特性的动态校准方法。阐述了准δ函数脉冲压力校准原理,分析了准δ信号的脉宽与频率校准范围、校准精度三者之间的关系,建立了动态校准系统该校准方法实现了在实际工作压力下校准压力传感器,可校准的下限频率严格地达到零频。就目前的校准技术而言,对传感器施加的最大静压是800MPa,产生的准δ信号的脉宽为7~10μs,可校准的频率范围为0~20kHz,幅频特性校准误差为5%。
