异型夹层结构复合靶板抗射流侵彻性能研究

Abstract:

研究了不同倾角时,折状夹芯倾角为45°的复合靶板的抗射流侵彻性能。基于射流侵彻复合靶板过程中的能量损失、后效靶剩余穿深以及复合靶板质量防护系数,研究了无天然橡胶填充和有天然橡胶填充两种情况下的靶板性能,分析了具有橡胶填充靶板各组成部分的吸能特性。通过基准弹侵彻后效靶和射流以60°侵彻具有橡胶填充靶板的实验研究,验证了仿真结论的可靠性。研究表明,具有45°折状夹层结构的靶板有很好的抗射流侵彻能力,填充橡胶对提高靶板的防护性能是有利的,该结构复合靶板具有优异的防护性能,可以作为一种新型轻型防护装甲。
