双参变量下齿轮-转子系统扭转振动特性分析

Abstract:

建立考虑齿侧间隙、啮合刚度和传递误差波动的直齿圆柱齿轮-转子系统模型,分析齿轮副的扭转振动。根据齿轮的基本参数,计算了齿轮副的时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼等动力学参数。通过计算系统的分岔图、频谱瀑布图、最大Lyapunov指数谱和扭转位移-时间映像,得到了系统在不同参数条件下的周期性与非周期性、频谱特性和时域特性的变化规律,分析概周期运动下齿轮副出现的连续频谱特性和渐变失稳的时域特征。通过计算双参数平面上动力学分布图,得到了系统在双参数变化时的周期和非周期运动的分布规律和分岔特点。
