装配式空心板桥铰缝破坏模式试验研究

Abstract:

以带深铰缝构造的装配式空心板桥为研究对象,设计并制作了一跨8m足尺模型,开展了车辆荷载作用下铰缝构造的破坏类型、破坏位置、开裂荷载等破坏模式的试验研究。试验结果表明:中载作用下试验梁铰缝破坏过程为在弯拉应力作用下沿空心板与铰缝的结合面底部向上开裂,最后形成通缝。结合面开裂荷载约70kN,即1.0倍设计车辆荷载;贯通至铰缝顶部形成通缝的荷载约140kN,即2.0倍设计车辆荷载。建议采用一些构造措施延缓结合面形成通缝,以保证铰缝的受力状态与空心板一致或接近。
