装配式空心板桥铰缝破坏模式有限元分析

Abstract:

以带有深铰缝构造的装配式空心板桥为研究对象,采用通用程序ANSYS建立了一跨8m的装配式空心板桥实体模型,讨论了车辆荷载在不同位置(中载和偏载)作用下铰缝构造的破坏类型、破坏位置、开裂荷载等破坏模式。结果表明:不管是哪种加载方式,首先破坏的是铰缝构造;中载作用下破坏位置在铰缝与空心板的结合面处,破坏类型为受弯破坏,荷载为62kN(0.88倍车辆荷载)时结合面底部开裂,荷载为133kN(1.90倍车辆荷载)时裂缝贯通至结合面顶部形成通缝;偏载作用下破坏位置在铰缝内部,破坏类型为受剪破坏,荷载为72kN(1.03倍车辆荷载)时铰缝顶部开裂,荷载为238kN(3.40倍车辆荷载)时裂缝贯通至铰缝底部。通过对两种加载方式的比较可知,中载对装配式空心板桥铰缝构造更不利。
