典型壁板连接件DFR值试验测定

Abstract:

典型结构DFR值是DFR方法的基础和应用前提,试验测定则是获取DFR值的有效方法之一。外翼壁板与带板连接部位是某型飞机重要的疲劳关键件,为评价该部位的疲劳性能,采用两种模拟试件进行等幅载荷下结构DFR值的测定试验,针对军机DFR定义,给出了该部位的DFR值测定结果。分析表明,类似的复杂多钉连接件采用多细节试件能够更好地模拟真实结构的几何特征与受载情况。测定所得DFR值为类似结构的疲劳分析提供了基准值,具有重要的工程应用价值。
