聚能装药垂直侵彻橡胶复合装甲的变形研究

Abstract:

基于Bernoulli方程推导了橡胶穿孔半径以及运动速度的变化规律,对聚能装药垂直侵彻橡胶复合装甲的作用过程进行了分析。在此基础上结合流变学理论,对橡胶复合装甲的面板和背板的变形进行了研究,建立了一种计算复合装甲变形的工程计算模型。通过数值仿真和试验的方法对理论模型进行了验证。结果表明:橡胶复合装甲的变形与橡胶的体积流率、初始压力以及材料本身特性有关。在距离射流轴线半径20mm~80mm范围内,理论、仿真与试验三者所得到的面板的变形结果吻合较好。运用所建立的模型,可以较为精确的反映面板变形规律。
