氯盐环境下港珠澳工程混凝土耐久性质量控制

Abstract:

氯离子扩散系数是氯盐环境下混凝土耐久性的主要指标,该文针对其建议了港珠澳工程混凝土耐久性的质量接收准则。首先给出了氯离子扩散系数设计指标和质量控制指标的不确定性对应关系,然后基于结构可靠性的基本原理,利用Fick第二定律模型,确定了不同环境作用、材料配比及保护层厚度下的氯离子扩散系数质量控制特征值,同时得出满足结构耐久性要求下限的氯离子扩散系数保证率为75%。最后考虑抽样方案中的使用者风险和生产者风险应平衡的原则,制定了港珠澳工程氯离子扩散系数的质量接收准则。
