农村土地承包经营地块现场测量方法与应用

Abstract:

在农户尺度下,精确的地块空间信息是进行土地集约利用、调查和流转的基础与关键。为了解决目前农村土地问题研究中普遍存在的地块边界测量问题,首先详细阐述了农户尺度下各种土地承包经营地块现场测量方法,指出了常规测绘仪器测量、GPS-RTK测量、移动GIS测量和遥感勾绘测量等方法的优缺点;然后通过北京市平谷区镇罗营镇大庙峪村的示范研究,具体分析了地块测量方法的应用模式;最后讨论了地块测量中需要注意的目的和用途、精度与成本、数据库建设与更新以及应用推广等方面的问题。该研究成果不仅为农村土地问题的相关研究提供技术方法,也为农村土地资源管理决策的信息化发展提供参考。
