Abstract:

通过对FDI企业的区位选择理论基础进行研究,本文提出了FDI企业选择区位时受到市场潜能、地理集聚、同源国效应、地区工资水平以及区域政策等多因素的共同影响的经验假说。选取2000-2010年期间20个国家(地区)与中国19个省份签订的合同项目数,采用面板Tobit模型对上述经验假说进行检验,研究发现市场潜能、地理集聚、同源国效应、地区工资水平等因素对流入中国的FDI区位选择有着重要的影响。尽管来源于不同国家的FDI在选择区位时所考虑的因素存在较大差异,但多数情况下同源国效应是影响FDI企业选择区位的重要因素。
