XD法合成TiC/Al复合材料的机制

Abstract:
本文研究了XD法合成TiC/Al复合材料的机理。结果表明:在铝基体中,首先形成Al3Ti相,然后,Al3Ti相与C粉发生反应,生成TiC增强相。分析认为:Al在TiC相形成过程中起触媒作用,降低激活能,加速反应进行。
