MAHSBS和纳米CaCO3复合改性PCABS共混材料

Abstract:

研究苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(MAH-SBS)、纳米CaCO3单独填加与复配填加对聚碳酸酯与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯二烯三元共聚物(ABS)共混物(PC-ABS)性能的影响,采用电子扫描电镜观察其微观结构。结果发现,质量比PC:ABS=1:1时,共混材料综合性能最好;单独添加4wt%的纳米CaCO3,PC-ABS的拉伸强度明显上升,冲击强度略有上升;单独添加SBS无法起到改良效果;单独添加MAH-SBS,MAH-SBS/PC-ABS的冲击强度上升,但拉伸强度严重下降;MAH-SBS与纳米CaCO3复配时,可以起到协同作用,PC-ABS的冲击强度由80kJ/m2上升至约108kJ/m2,拉伸强度由57.0MPa上升至约61.5MPa。
