导电聚吡咯/聚苯胺复合材料的SEM研究

Abstract:

用化学方法合成了聚吡咯/聚苯胺微管,采用扫描电镜研究了吡咯/苯胺的比例、苯胺的加入方式、β-NSA浓度与APS滴加速度对聚吡咯/苯胺产物的形貌的影响。结果表明,合成聚吡咯/聚苯胺微管的优化条件为:吡咯/苯胺比1∶3,苯胺加入速度1drop/min,β-NSA浓度0.6mol/L,APS滴加速度0.5drop/min。吡咯在反应过程中起到控制类模板尺寸的作用。
