ZnO晶须改性石墨纤维/双酚A二氰酸酯复合材料

Abstract:

为改善石墨纤维/双酚A二氰酸酯(M40J/BADCy)复合材料的层间剪切强度,采用立体四针状ZnO晶须对M40J/BADCy复合材料进行增强。红外光谱及凝胶实验研究表明,ZnO晶须对BADCy的固化反应有催化作用,使BADCy/E51树脂体系的后固化温度由200℃降为180℃。力学性能测试表明,未处理的ZnO晶须因与BADCy基体粘结不好,仅使M40J/BADCy复合材料的弯曲模量有所提高。经KH560处理的ZnO晶须对M40J/BADCy复合材料的层间剪切强度提高明显,ZnO晶须含量为10%时,增强效果最佳,使M40J/BADCy复合材料的层间剪切强度由原来的77.6MPa提高到91.2MPa,弯曲模量由原来的178.9GPa提高到207.4GPa,而弯曲强度变化不大。SEM研究表明,立体结构的晶须能很好地分散于M40J/BADCy复合材料层间,依靠晶须的层间“钉扎”提高复合材料的层间剪切强度。
