方钴矿-聚苯胺复合材料的制备及复合过程的研究

Abstract:

用水热法制备了具有填充型Skutterudite结构的NaFe4P12单晶微米棒及纳米棒。采用乳液聚合法边聚合边复合制备了NaFe4P12-聚苯胺复合热电材料。用红外光谱、紫外光谱和X射线粉末衍射对材料进行了表征。用透射电镜研究了聚苯胺的形态和在棒状NaFe4P12材料表面聚合生长状态。首次观察到聚苯胺在NaFe4P12棒上的聚合及规律生长的"毛刷"结构。这种"毛刷"结构的发现将有助于对其复合机理的研究;这种结构有可能用于特殊用途的电子器件。
