P(NIPA-co-AM)超大孔水凝胶的制备及其性能

Abstract:

以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用泡沫分散聚合法制备N-异丙基丙烯酰胺与丙烯酰胺共聚物超大孔水凝胶,研究了丙烯酰胺、引发剂、交联剂、盐酸、碳酸氢钠用量对水凝胶溶胀、退溶胀性能的影响,通过DSC、SEM、FTIR表征材料的结构。结果表明凝胶随着AM含量的增加其相变温度(LCST)也随之提高。当AM摩尔含量为20%,引发剂的质量浓度为20g/L,交联剂的质量浓度为3.5g/L,盐酸的摩尔浓度为0.55mol/L,NaHCO3的质量浓度为5.0×102g/L时,所制得凝胶具有良好的多孔结构,兼具快速的溶胀和退溶胀速率,良好的温度敏感性等特点,可适用于大分子药物的负载释放。
