深海环境下树脂基复合材料吸湿行为

Abstract:

通过自制压力容器模拟深海环境,采用称量法获得玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂(GF/CYD-128)层合板在不同压力下吸湿数据,研究GF/CYD-128层合板在深海环境的吸湿行为。结果表明:0~3.0MPa压力范围内GF/CYD-128层合板饱和吸湿量随着压力的增加呈现先下降后增加的趋势,压力为2.5MPa时饱和吸湿量最低,其饱和吸湿量随浸泡压力变化的趋势可用二次多项式描述;GF/CYD-128层合板在深海环境中的吸湿行为呈现non-Fick特征,但可以采用Langmuir模型进行描述。利用Langmuir模型准确预测了深海环境中GF/CYD-128层合板的吸湿行为。
