钨精矿石含量对激光燃烧合成钨精矿石/Al-Cu复合材料组织结构及性能的影响

Abstract:

采用激光燃烧合成技术,对掺杂钨精矿石粉末的钨精矿石/Al-Cu粉末压坯进行燃烧合成。采用SEM、OM、XRD以及维氏硬度计研究了钨精矿石粉末的含量对合金微观结构、致密化行为及硬度的影响。结果表明:掺杂钨精矿石粉末可提高合金组织的细化、均匀化程度,促进其致密性。当钨精矿石粉末与Al-Cu粉末的质量比为3%时,试样的合成密度和硬度最高,分别为3.43g/cm3、HV244.4。
