Al2O3短纤维/Al-5.5Zn复合材料裂纹形核及扩展的TEM动态拉伸观察

Abstract:
利用透射电镜(TEM)动态拉伸技术研究了外力作用下Al2O3短纤维增强Al-5.5Zn基复合材料的细观力学行为。结果表明,该材料中裂纹形核及扩展主要是在基体中或纤维/基体界面处进行。导致这一结果的原因在于纤维、基体之间强度差异太大。实验中还发现,卸载时,微裂纹有闭合现象。
