原位TiC粒子增强ZA43复合材料的制备及组织性能

Abstract:
以Ti、Al、C粉末为原料,采用接触反应法制备原位TiC颗粒增强的ZA43复合材料,直接原位反应生成0.2~1.0Lm的TiC颗粒,均布于基体合金中,材料具有优异的力学性能。研究了反应温度对反应产物的影响,探讨了TiC细化ZA43合金A′相的机理。
