喷射共沉积SiCp/Al复合材料的增强颗粒植入

Abstract:
对用喷射共沉积法制备颗粒增强复合材料中固体颗粒向金属基体的转移过程进行了计算.在考虑到颗粒所受到的拖曳力、表面力和密度差引起的浮力的条件下,推导出了增强颗粒植入沉积层的判据.以颗粒冲击沉积层液膜最小速度为表达形式的判据指出,颗粒的动能、直径和同金属的润湿条件对颗粒的植入有决定性的影响.
