不同土壤改良剂对匍匐翦股颖种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:

美国高尔夫协会(USGA)果岭建造推荐标准的根际层主要是以砂为基质,其对水分与营养的吸附能力较差,需要频繁的灌溉与施肥才能满足草坪正常生长的需求。为测试4种土壤改良物质(10%,V/V)对砂质根际层理化性状的改良效果,研究其对匍匐翦股颖(Agrostisstolonifera)种子发芽与幼苗生长的影响。结果表明添加PROFILE,AXIS,CLITE和草炭均增加了基质的持水率和对K+,NO3-的吸附力,但添加草炭会降低基质的渗透率。所有的土壤改良物质都显著促进了匍匐翦股颖种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,不同土壤改良物质对幼苗出叶速度、单株分蘖数、生长速度、生物量和草坪盖度等的促进效应表现基本一致,其促进效应从高到低的顺序为PROFILE>草炭>AXIS>CLITE。有机改良物质草炭对根系生物量和根长的促进效应显著低于无机改良物质PROFILE,AXIS和CLITE。
