蚓粪对黑麦草和匍匐剪股颖种子萌发及初期生长的影响

Abstract:

探讨以不同体积比(0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)混合的蚓粪与供试土壤基质对黑麦草绅士(Loliumperenne‘Esquire’)和匍匐剪股颖帕特(Agrostisstoloniferal‘Puter’)种子萌发及初期生长的影响,旨在为蚓粪能够更好地应用于草坪草建值提供更有力的科学依据.结果表明黑麦草20%处理组的萌发率和发芽势最高,同时平均萌发时间最短,相比于对照提前了近1d,且差异显著(P<0.05),但初期生长的叶片数和地上生物量在不同处理组之间无显著差异.匍匐剪股颖在20%处理下的平均萌发时间最短,生长初期60%处理下的叶片数显著多于对照,达到了3.01片·株-1,且地上生物量最大,平均每株比对照高出0.42mg.故在黑麦草种子萌发和初期生长过程中,蚓粪最适宜的添加体积比为20%,而匍匐剪股颖在种子萌发期的适宜蚓粪添加比为20%,而在初期生长中的添加比为60%.表明针对不同的草坪草及其不同生长阶段,应选择适宜的蚓粪添加量.
