亚精胺、精胺对结缕草低温下内源激素含量及内源多胺代谢的影响

Abstract:

本文对外施亚精胺(spermidine,Spd)或精胺(spermine,Spm)对结缕草(Zoysiajaponica)在低温条件下内源激素及多胺代谢的影响进行了研究。结果表明低温能够增加结缕草内源的脱落酸(abscisicacid,ABA)和乙烯含量,但对细胞分裂素并无显著作用。低温可以使结缕草内源腐胺(putrescine,Put),Spd含量上升而Spm的含量下降并且能够使二胺氧化酶(diamineoxidase,DAO)和多胺氧化酶(polyamineoxidase,PAO)的活性升高。常温条件下,外施Spd和Spm对结缕草ABA、乙烯和细胞分裂素并无显著影响。但在低温条件下,Spd或Spm能使ABA和乙烯含量降低,而增加细胞分裂素的含量。在常温条件下,Spd和Spm对内源Put含量并无显著影响。而低温条件下,Spd和Spm能够不同程度地降低Put的含量。Spd在常温和低温条件下均使结缕草内源Spm含量上升。Spm能够显著提高结缕草常温条件下内源Spd的含量,而在低温条件下并无明显影响。Spd和Spm在常温条件下对DAO活性无明显影响,而在低温条件下使结缕草DAO的活性降低。在常温和低温条件下,Spd或Spm均使PAO的活性升高。
