生物滤池去除城市污水处理厂微生物气溶胶的影响因素研究

Abstract:

以城市污水厂处理过程中逸散的异养细菌和真菌微生物气溶胶为研究对象,通过试验研究了生物滤池对微生物气溶胶的去除效果,并考察了进气微生物浓度、进气气体流量和填料湿含量对其去除效果的影响。结果表明生物滤池能在一定程度上去除异养细菌和真菌气溶胶;在试验浓度范围内,异养细菌在生物滤池中的去除率随着进气微生物浓度的增加先增加后减少,真菌的去除率随着进气微生物浓度的增加而增加;高的进气气体流量有利于微生物气溶胶的去除,异养细菌和真菌的去除率均随着生物滤池进气气体流量的增加而增加;适合微生物气溶胶去除的最佳填料湿含量范围为40.5%~61.8%,过高和过低填料湿含量均不利于微生物气溶胶在生物滤池中的去除。因此,在实际生物除臭工程的设计和运行管理中,应控制合适的进气微生物浓度、进气气体流量和填料湿含量,以保证恶臭物质和微生物气溶胶的同时高效去除。
