山东寒武系毛庄阶微生物团块的形态特征与成因

Abstract:

?在山东省微山县两城剖面寒武系毛庄阶发现一种微生物团块,通过对其宏观及微观形态特征的详细解剖,指出该类型微生物团块与内碎屑的异同,并分析了微生物团块的成因和指相意义.微生物团块可被磨圆而外形较光滑,或粘聚成不规则状;无核心或有多个不规则“核心”,内部无构造,菌藻类含量高,泥晶化作用发育;其粒径组成以砂级和砾级颗粒为主,颗粒组分主要包括磨圆的凝块石和鲕粒,颗粒与亮晶胶结物界限清楚.微生物团块是浅海环境中由蓝细菌类或其他微生物在其生命活动中通过对碳酸盐颗粒钻孔、泥晶化胶结和分泌的胞外聚合物(EPS)粘结而成,属非固着生长的块状碳酸盐岩颗粒,可在潮下带较高能环境中形成.由于其成因与蓝细菌等微生物直接相关,应该将微生物团块归属于微生物碳酸盐岩的范畴.
