吉林龙岗火山区玛珥湖趋磁细菌多样性与分布

Abstract:

?对吉林省龙岗火山区大龙湾、二龙湾、龙泉龙湾和南龙湾4个玛珥湖中趋磁细菌的群落多样性和分布进行了研究和探讨.电子显微镜观察发现趋磁细菌在所有龙湾沉积物中普遍存在,其中球菌是该地区趋磁细菌的优势种群,占趋磁细菌数量的90%以上.利用淡水a-变形菌纲趋磁球菌的特异性引物扩增获得近300条16SrRNA基因序列,根据相似性98%的分类标准可分为63个分类操作单位,表明玛珥湖中趋磁球菌具有较丰富的系统发育多样性.绝大多数趋磁球菌类群(>80%)只在单个湖泊中发现,只有少数种群为所有龙湾共有,结合环境因子分析,推测玛珥湖趋磁细菌的现代地理分布可能是隔离分化过程和扩散过程共同作用的结果.
