福建永泰晚白垩世石帽山群火山岩的古地磁结果及其意义

Abstract:

?福建永泰晚白垩世石帽山群由玄武岩、安山岩和流纹岩等组成.对石帽山群凤际-二楼-云山剖面的岩石磁学研究显示,样品中磁性矿物为假单畴-多畴的磁铁矿和赤铁矿.通过系统热退磁实验,19个采样点共383块样品获得了稳定特征剩磁分量,得到剖面的古地磁极位置为83.1°N,152.6°E(N=19,A95=3.9°),散度SB为9.0.剖面采样点的虚地磁极(VGP)呈Fisher分布、散度SB与白垩纪正极性超时(CNS)纬度散度关系的理论值在95%置信水平上一致,表明剖面所得古地磁极已消除了地磁场长期变的影响.该古地磁极与欧亚大陆90Ma古地磁参考极比较,二者在95%置信水平上一致,不支持白垩纪以来华南块体与欧亚大陆在纬向上存在明显的南向运动.此外,文中还讨论了CNS期间地磁场长期变特征.
