色氨酸对醉马草内生真菌共生体麦角生物碱含量的影响

Abstract:

?本研究以被甘肃内生真菌(Neotyphodiumgansuense)侵染的醉马草(Achnatheruminebrians)为材料,在温室条件下,研究了不同浓度(0、250、500、750mg·L-1)色氨酸对醉马草幼苗麦角酰胺和麦角新碱两类麦角生物碱含量的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的色氨酸均能显著降低醉马草幼苗的鲜质量、株高、分蘖数(P<0.05),显著增加植株中麦角酰胺和麦角新碱含量(P<0.05)。
