高寒草甸区不同生境土壤呼吸变化规律及其与水热因子的关系

Abstract:

?采用野外定位观测的方法,于2012年6―9月在青海省海北地区分析了围栏封育地(对照)、放牧地、鼠丘和蚁塔地4种不同生境下土壤呼吸的变化规律及其与水热因子的关系。结果表明,1)各处理的土壤呼吸均表现出明显的季节动态,其变化程度大小依次表现为对照<鼠丘<放牧地<蚁塔。2)不同时期各处理下土壤呼吸表现为除6月初、7月底外,鼠丘处理与封育和放牧处理差异不显著(P>0.05);蚁塔地与其他3个处理间差异均显著(P<0.05);除7月底外,放牧处理与对照间差异均不显著。3)土壤呼吸与土壤温度均呈正相关,且均存在较好的指数关系,其中对照处理的相关性最好,相关系数为0.851;封育地、放牧地、鼠丘、蚁塔的土壤呼吸Q10值依次为2.39、4.66、2.03、2.29。4)4处理的土壤含水量与土壤呼吸速率回归关系均不明显。
