多光谱相机估算藏北高寒草甸地上生物量

Abstract:

?本研究利用2012年6―9月的藏北高寒草甸地上生物量和ADC便携式多光谱相机数据,建立了植被指数估算藏北高寒草甸地上生物量的模型。在分析了地上生物量与归一化植被指数(NormalizedDifferenceVegetationIndices,NDVI)、归一化绿波段差值植被指数(GreenNormalizedDifferenceVegetationIndices,GNDVI)和土壤调节植被指数(SoilAdjustedVegetationIndices,SAVI)相关关系的基础上,构建了地上生物量和各植被指数的7种(线性、对数、二次多项式、三次多项式、幂函数、增长、指数)模型,并对拟合效果比较好的模型进行了精度检验。结果表明,3个植被指数中NDVI的模拟效果最好,SAVI较好,GNDVI最差;所有模型中,以NDVI为自变量的线性模型和增长模型、以SAVI为自变量的线性模型和幂函数模型模拟和预测效果都很好。
