储藏方式对碟果虫实种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:

?碟果虫实(Corispermumpatelliforme)种子萌发存在休眠现象。对5种储藏方式下碟果虫实种子生活力进行测定,并研究其种子萌发和幼苗生长对温度的响应,探索储藏方式是否影响种子生活力,是否影响种子萌发和幼苗生长的最佳温度,是否可以打破种子休眠,以筛选最佳的种子储藏方式。结果表明,1)5种储藏方式下种子生活力没有改变;2)室温干储藏、室温沙藏,种子萌发的最适温度依次变为20和25℃、25℃,而且5种储藏方式下种子休眠部分被打破的程度依次为冷干藏>野外湿沙藏>室温干储藏>室温沙藏>野外沙藏;3)室温干储藏和室温沙藏方式下,种子萌发和幼苗生长的最适温度在其储藏温度范围内变化。因此,冷干藏是较为理想的种子储藏方式。
