青贮容器不同部位高丹草青贮饲料的营养价值

Abstract:

?本试验旨在比较青贮容器中不同部位对高丹草(Sorghumbicolor×S.sudanense)青贮饲料发酵品质和营养品质的影响。分别取63个青贮容器上、中、下3个部位的青贮料进行青贮发酵品质和营养成分的测定,并依此推算出各部位青贮饲料的相对饲用价值(RFV)。结果表明,青贮饲料乳酸含量随着青贮桶中取样部位的加深而增加,且青贮桶下部乳酸含量显著高于上部(P<0.05)。取样部位对青贮饲料干物质(DM)含量、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量和相对饲用价值(RFV)具有显著影响(P<0.05),随着部位加深其干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量逐渐减少,而相对饲用价值(RFV)逐渐增加。
