黄草乌中的新的二萜生物碱有机化学

Abstract:

从黄草乌(AconitumvilmorinianumKom.)中分离得到20个二萜生物碱,并应用HRESIMS,1D-和2D-NMR,单晶X射线衍射等方法确定了它们的结构.其中一个为新的C19二萜生物碱,1-epi-16β-hydroxycardiopetaline,它是16β-hydroxycardiopetaline的差向异构体;19个为已知化合物.
