血红素铁的肠铁吸收及调控机制研究进展

Abstract:

肠铁吸收及调节机制是机体维持铁稳态的关键环节.对非血红素铁的吸收及调控机制研究较多,而对血红素铁的报道较少,对其吸收及调控机制还需深入研究.本文依据最新的研究进展,介绍了血红素铁的肠铁吸收途径及其调控机制,希望对预防和治疗铁代谢相关疾病提供基础资料.
