传统中草药浸提液对3种列当种子萌发的诱导作用

Abstract:

列当(Orobanchespp.)在与其寄主在长期的进化过程中,具备了对环境较强的适应能力,从而使寄主释放的发芽刺激物质具有不稳定性.本实验的目的是探索我国传统中草药等非寄主植物对3种列当种子萌发的诱导作用,旨在为寻找能够大量稳定生产列当发芽刺激物质提供理论依据.本实验采用去离子水和甲醇浸提606种传统中草药的药用部分,用浸提液处理小列当(O.minor)、向日葵列当(O.cumana)和瓜列当(O.aegyptiaca)种子后进行发芽实验.结果表明:能刺激小列当发芽的中草药数量较向日葵列当和瓜列当多.而小列当(寄主范围小)的发芽率比向日葵列当和瓜列当(寄主范围大)高.许多供试植物的甲醇浸提液都能够刺激3种列当种子萌发,它们有作为列当诱捕作物的潜势,也可对其他国家的草本植物进行列当种子萌发诱导实验,从中筛选高发芽率的草本植物作为诱捕作物,从而减少列当的土壤种子库.
