Kindler综合征蛋白Kindlin-1在人体内、外胚层来源的组织中表达

Abstract:

整合素相互作用蛋白Kindlin-1的基因突变可导致Kindler综合征.在肿瘤中,Kindlin-1的表达会发生失衡.Kindlin-1相关疾病通常只发生于一些特定的组织器官中.迄今,关于Kindlin-1的组织分布规律及正常人体如何控制Kindlin-1表达的规律还不清楚.本研究在正常成人器官以及人和鼠胚胎器官中采用免疫组织化学方法检测了Kindlin-1的蛋白表达,发现一个普遍存在的规律:Kindlin-1在组织中的表达水平与这一组织的胚层来源密切相关.通过比较Kindlin-1与Kindlin-2的表达,发现Kindlin-1在内、外胚层来源的上皮组织中高表达,而Kindlin-2则在中胚层来源的组织器官中高表达.在人胚和鼠胚中Kindlin-1的表达也呈现相同的规律.本研究提示Kindlin-1在内、外胚层的发育过程和相应的成体组织器官中起重要作用.
