Quasi-adelic measures and equidistribution on $\mathbb{P}^1$

We generalize adelic measure to quasi-adelic measure on $\mathbb{P}^1$, and show that arithmetic equidistribution of small points holds for quasi-adelic measure. In the end, we briefly describe an application of the arithmetic equidistribution theorem for quasi-adelic measures.
