Green's function for longitudinal shear of a periodic laminate

The reasoning is a slight extension of that employed in my article [1] and its further development [2]. A formal solution to the title problem is presented for a general periodic laminate and its application for the construction of "effective constitutive relations" is developed. Its implementation in detail will be reported separately.
