BRST charge and observables in reducible gauge theories

We give a solution to the master equation for the classical Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin (BRST) charge in the case of reducible gauge theories. Our construction does not change constraints or reducibility functions. A new realization of the BRST observables is obtained.
