Proliferating Trichilemmal Tumor of the Gluteal Region of a Young Man with Spontaneous Regression

Abstract:

We describe a case of a proliferating trichilemmal tumor (PTT) on the gluteal region of a 24-year-old male, presenting as a solitary nodule with spontaneous regression. This is the first report of a case in PTT with spontaneous regression.
