Abstract:

针对北美及加洲排放控制区对船舶排放的新要求，探讨了低硫燃油对船舶管理带来的问题，提出了船舶应该采取的措施及管理注意事项，并结合实船，对在北美及加洲排放控制区对船舶的操作和管理进行详细说明。
According to the new requirement of the discharge of vessels in emission control areas of North America and California, the paper discusses the problems that the low sulfur fuel brings to the ship management. The measures and management of ships are put forward, and the management and the operation of ships in emission control areas of North America and California are illustrated in detail.
