Abstract:

高血压病可引起高频感音神经性听力损失，随着研究的逐渐深入，发现其原因主要是由于内耳缺血引起内耳局部内环境的改变，并且在一定程度上高血压病和听力损失在基因学上存在一定联系。目前高频感应神经性听力损失无法治愈，应早期诊断早期治疗，从而缓解听力受损程度。
Hypertension can induce the treble-tone perceptive hearing loss, as the studies go on, it is found that the main reason is the change of the environment in the inner ear caused by ischemia, and, the hearing loss is associated with hypertension in gene level. At present, there is no method to heal the treble-tone perceptive hearing loss, so we must diagnose it as early as possible to reduce the hearing loss.
