城市地铁应急管理的研究

Abstract:

本文通过借鉴国内外城市地铁应急管理经验，结合我国地铁系统发展现状，对地铁应急管理主要从应急抢险组织体系、预防与预警、分级响应、保障措施四个方面提出了建议。
By widely absorbing the foreign experiences on the Metro Emergency Management and combining with the development of Chinese urban metros, the paper puts forward recommendations on the metro emergency management, mainly in organization system, prevention and early warning, graded response, and safeguard measures.
