Abstract:

Different kinds of exercise stress will make different kinds of effects on IGF-1 system of HPG axis, and IGF-1 system o of body will change accordingly, which mainly embodies in the function of IGF-1 Sys- tem. The article states changes of IGF-1, IGFBPs and GH respectively, which are representative indexes of HPA axis function, and discusses mechanism of these changes.
