The writer has particularly detailedly recorded and analysed the treatment process of a primary infertility cured by combining therapy of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine based on TCM syndrome differentiation, the gains in depth of comprehension, revelations and some issues of discussion. The specialities of the case are that the patient has Congenital Agenesis of Ovaries, FSH 30 mlU/ml, 6 times IVF failures history, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and hyperhidrosis. She was pregnant after 4 months treatment, and then delivered a baby boy, followed by a baby girl after one year by natural pregnancy. The whole course of the treatment is under the ultrasound scan monitor by a French IVF specialist.
